Prove. Progress. Persevere.
Training plans shaped around you, with every workout logged. Provere builds the plan, makes a set take one tap, and keeps the proof that you are getting stronger.
Opening first in Australia and New Zealand. Somewhere else? Join anyway, and we will let you know if Provere comes to your country.
One email to confirm your address. After that we write only about getting Provere: an early invitation if there is a place for you, and word if it becomes available where you are.

Prove
Every set counted. Every lift on the record.
The workout screen is built for chalky thumbs and short rests: one card per set, your target beside what you actually did, and one button to bank it. The proof builds itself.
-
Last time's numbers, already in
Each set opens with what you did last session. Match it or beat it; you never start from a blank.
-
Rest that runs itself
Complete a set and the rest clock starts. Pause it, change it, or go early when you are ready.
-
Supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM
Real blocks with their own clocks and rounds, not a workaround typed into the notes.
-
Detail when you want it
Warm-ups and drop sets, RPE, RIR and tempo, and a note on any set, exercise or workout.
-
Rack taken? Swap it
Change an exercise mid-workout for one your gym can do, and keep the session moving.
-
No signal, no problem
Sets you log in a basement gym are saved on your phone and sync when you are back in range.
Progress
A plan shaped around you. Not the other way round.
Answer a few questions and Provere picks your starter plan from 130+ programs, running 2 to 16 weeks and 2 to 6 days a week. Then it lays out your week, session by session.

Your starter plan
Built from your answers: your goal, your experience, the days you can train and how long you have. Edit or swap it anytime.
-
Fits the gym you have
Tell Provere what your gym owns and it leaves out the plans you could not run there.
-
Or build your own
Start from a template or a blank page, add your exercises, and set the schedule yourself.
-
A week that bends
Move a day, swap two, skip one or train it early. Life happens; the plan keeps up.
Persevere
It keeps you in the session. And coming back.
See your workout on the lock screen: the rest countdown, the set in hand and what comes next, without unlocking. Less time in your phone, more under the bar.
-
On the lock screen and Dynamic Island
A Live Activity on iPhone, a pinned card on Android. Start a timed block from it without opening the app.
-
Streaks that survive real life
Rest weeks protect your streak through a holiday, a deload or a cold.
-
Consistency you can see
Your year in bars and your month on a calendar: every session you showed up for.
-
Achievements worth chasing
Twelve of them, earned by training. None for opening the app.
Insights
See what the work is doing.
Logging is half of it. Provere turns your sets into pictures you can read between exercises, so the next session is a decision and not a guess.
-
Muscle Balance
A body map of what you trained in the last seven days, front and back, so the gaps are obvious.
-
Trends
Weekly volume, session length and sessions per week, charted without a spreadsheet.
-
Every lift, in depth
An estimated one-rep-max trend and a timeline of your records for each exercise.
-
Body progress
Chart your weight and ten measurement sites alongside the training that changed them.

Privacy
Your training is your business.
Your sets, your measurements and your notes are there to train you. They are not a product, and nothing in the app treats them as one.
-
No ads. No trackers.
No advertising, analytics or attribution code in the app. The one thing it reports is a crash, so the fault can be fixed.
-
Never sold
Your training data belongs to you. We do not sell it and we do not hand it to advertisers.
-
Less than you would expect
No location. No contacts. Nothing read from Apple Health or Health Connect. Face ID never leaves your phone.
-
Delete it yourself
Delete your account from inside the app whenever you like. No form to fill in, nobody to convince.
Questions
Before you ask.
The short answers. The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service hold the long ones.
When can I get Provere?
Provere is in final testing on iPhone and Android. Early access opens in Australia and New Zealand first. Join the list from there and you will get an email when it opens; a limited number of people on the list will be invited to try it before then. Join from anywhere else and you will get one if Provere becomes available in your country.
Which countries is it available in?
Australia and New Zealand first. Other countries may follow; none is promised, and there are no dates. Wherever you are, you can join the list: choose your country and you will hear if Provere becomes available there.
What does it cost?
There is nothing to pay for in the app today. If paid features arrive, you will see the price in the app before you choose anything, and you would pay through the App Store or Google Play like any other subscription.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhones on iOS 16.4 or later and Android phones on Android 7 or later. It is built for phones, in portrait.
I am new to lifting. Is it for me?
Yes. Setup asks how long you have been training and recommends a starter plan at that level. A good part of the catalogue is written for beginners.
Do I have to follow a plan?
No. Take the starter plan, build your own, or just open a single workout and log it.
Does it work without signal?
Logging does. Sets you complete offline are saved on your phone and sent when you reconnect. Signing in and loading a new plan need a connection.
Can I use it at more than one gym?
Yes. Save each gym with the equipment it has in My Gyms, and swap an exercise mid-workout when the kit is not there.
Does it connect to Apple Health or a watch?
Not at the moment. Provere neither reads from nor writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, which also means it holds no health data from them.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the app, and you can delete your account from inside it at any time. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is collected and why.
Prove it to yourself.
